As Ashikiba overwhelms the other riders with his "Metronome Dancing" that makes use of his towering 202 centimeters, Sohoku's new captain Teshima takes him on with his soulful riding!

Feeling the passionate waves of Teshima's ride of the soul during the Minegayama Hill Climb, Sakamichi rides all out to catch up to Ashikiba! Who will win the race...?!
